Chemical Plant Explosion Creates Toxic Orange Cloud

65,000 citizens living in Catalonia have been ordered to stay inside due to a giant, toxic, orange cloud caused by a nitric acid explosion. The cloud has shut down transportation in five different cities and trapped thousands inside.
