Charles 'Chuck' Helmke is 75 and his and 65-year-old wife is Charlotte Guttenberg and they've hit the Guinness Book of Records as the most tattooed retired couple. Chuck's tattoos cover 93.75% whereas Charlotte's tattoos cover 91.5% of her body.
