Man Hides New York Living Space Under A Patio

Living space in New York City is hard to come by, so if you want to expand your home you need to get special permission to do the work. But this guy living in the West Village of Manhattan decided that wouldn't be necessary, and he hid some new construction underneath a normal looking patio.
