Thief Steals The Hood Of The Family Car In Just Three Minutes

Security cameras caught a thief stealing the hood of a black Ford Focus as the owner of the car slept just yards away in Liverpool. The thief certainly didn't waste any time, as they managed to steal the hood in only three minutes.
