Divers Discover Two Sea Creatures Trapped In Cages Underwater

Diver swimming off in waters neat the island of Kokoya, Indonesia recently discovered two dugongs trapped in cages and tied up underwater. They found out that some local fishermen had caught the animals and they were hoping to charge people to take photos with the creatures. The divers posted photos and video on social media and then animal welfare authorities got involved and freed the mammals from their cages.
