Someone Did Something Terrible To This Puppy, Luckily She Survived

This beautiful puppy was left for dead in Fulton County, GA, when two people found her with a rope around her neck. She couldn't breathe and the rock caused her face to fill up with puss. She's currently in the hands of the Second Chance Rescue NYC, and getting the best medical treatment a dog can get.
