This Puppy Was Abandoned BY Her Owners But She Didn't Give Up

This dog was abandoned at only 15 months in the streets of Miami because her owners didn't want to deal with her skin condition called demodex. Instead of getting her treatment they left her alone but her story has a happy ending.
