This poor fool was participating in a neighborhood square dance in China, and he was afraid that pictures of him would end up online, so he tried to destroy the internet. He was concerned as people took photos of him square dancing and he thought he was being mocked. The man then allegedly destroyed local optical networks causing $15,000 in damage.
