A Man With OCD Tried To Hide $1.5 Million Worth Of Stolen Goods

Cody William Scott of Calgary was recently arrested on several counts of possession of stolen property. When police arrived to retrieve the stolen goods they found that it was the most organized collection of contraband that they had ever seen.
