America's Chief Meteorologist Appears On Groundhog's Day

Punxsutawney Phil is America's chief meteorologist and every year on Groundhog's Day he's pulled from his stump as everyone waits to find out if he will see his shadow. Unfortunately Phil saw his shadow this year which means winter will be going strong for another six weeks.
