Black Sea has Frozen

Black Sea froze off the coast of Odessa. Piers are covered with ice, ice hummocks extend for hundreds of meters.
In recent years, winters in Odessa are relatively warm, but this has become a norm.
- This winter differs with sharp and prolonged colds, which leasd to the freezing of the sea. This phenomenon is extremely rare: for the last time the sea near the coast of Odessa froze completely in 1977.
