Castle with a modern twist on the Harris Butt Architecture

The residence was designed by Coburn Harris Butt Architecture. The mansion is an area of ​​712 sq.m. Located in the elite golf club Jacks Point in Queenstown, New Zealand. The client had a clear idea of how he would like to see your house. And based on the vision lay a spacious living room, combined with an outdoor terrace with swimming pool, which was to become central to the residence, joining others around the room. Moreover, planned as a private home in the future consider the possibility of turning it into a boutique hotel that could not be ignored in the design process. Panoramic views of the mountains and the lake is certainly a priority.
