Citizens Of Rio Greet Visitors With A Welcome To Hell Banner

Things are not going very well in Rio at the moment and state government recently declared that Rio is in a "state of calamity" as it prepares for the Olympic games. Protesters at the airport decided to greet visitors with a "Welcome to Hell" banner on Monday and they also spray painted a bridge making it impossible not to notice their message.
