Drug Cartel Uses Plastic Surgery To Evade Capture

A drug cartel boss known as Luiz Carlos da Rocha, nicknamed the White Head, is in the custody of the Brazilian Federal Police after evading capture for 30 years. Luiz underwent a few operations to change his looks over the years so that he could stay away from the authorities.
