Florida's Unbelievable Meteorological Event

At a first sight this may look as a storm surge, but let's take a closer look.

In reality these are clouds formed by the flow of a very humid air. When it rounds high coastal buildings, enough upward motion is created for the water condensation to begin and clouds start to form close to the ground.
