Geirangerfjord
The Geirangerfjord is a unique and exceptionally beautiful place in Norway. This jewel of the Norwegian fjords has even been included on UNESCO's world heritage list.
The fjord is one of Norway's most visited tourist sites. It is visited by 150-200 cruise ships and more than 700,000 tourists each year.
It is a 15-km (9.3-mile) long branch of the Storfjord with depth reaching over 600 m (1.9 feet).
