Girl High on Cannabis Almost Killed Herself

A 21-year-old Czech girl tried to cross the river after four hours of smoking super-strength 'skunk' cannabis. She climbed an electricity pylon while hallucinating that it was a bridge. Local firefighters were able to rescue her.
