Heavy Rains Cause Flooding in Minnesota

The town of Duluth, Minnesota, has been struck by torrential downpour that led to devastating flooding. The heaviest rain in the town's history brought 182 mm (7.2 in) of water, washing out roads and ruining the local zoo. The residents were evacuated to safe shelters.
