A man near Munich, Germany driving a Tesla Model S saw someone swerving erratically in a Volkswagen Passat on the Autobahn so that's when he decided to intervene. He noted that the person was unconscious, so he pulled his car in front of the Volkswagen and sacrificed his Tesla to save the driver's life.
