Hiker Miraculously Survives Getting Struck By Lightning

This Austrian hiker was hiking through a remote part of the Sierra Nevada in Northern California, and he was taking a picture when he was suddenly struck by lightning. He was unable to walk, but luckily he survived after a paramedic helped him to a helicopter.
