Joyous Images Show People Celebrating At Standing Rock

After weeks of protests, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said it would not grant an easement needed to finish Dakota Access Pipeline. Protestors from the the Standing Rock Sioux reservation celebrated the joyous moment and everyone involved considered it to be a victory for their people.
