Man Who Spent 60 Years In Prison Refuses Parole Offer

This Philadelphia man is now 79 years old, and he's spent over 60 years in prison. He was throw in jail at the age of 16 for murdering someone, and he refused his parole offer because he believes that he's been in prison long enough, and he should just be released outright.
