Newlyweds Receive Disappointing Wedding Photo Package

Wendy and Michael Chambers hired a professional photographer for their wedding but they didn't get the photos they were promised. The photographer told them they would get 1200 photos but they only received 312 due to a problem with the memory card and some of them were low quality photos that the photographer stole from Facebook.
