North Korea Sends Balloons Filled With Used Toilet Paper To South Korea

North Korea recently hit a new low in their rivalry with South Korea when they sent disgusting gifts to the country. They used balloons to send them used toilet paper and dirty cigarette butts. It doesn't get much more disgusting than that.
