Russian Girl Is Going Viral Because Of Her New Rainbow Cat Undercut

Russian Instagram user Katichka had a St. Petersburg-based hairdresser Aliya Askarova give her a very unique hairdo. It's called the rainbow cat undercut and Katichka says she likes it because it allows her to take a cat with her everywhere she goes.
