The city of Severomorsk sits in the Arctic Circle and the Russian Navy is also stationed there. The Navy recently conducted a strange experiment, giving the 50,000 residents over Severomorsk only a few hours notice. They dispersed gas throughout Severomorsk in an attempt to hide the entire city.
