No expense was spared for Madina Shokirova's wedding. Madina is the daughter of the oil tycoon Ilkhom Shokirova, and he bought her a jewel-studded dress made by British designers worth 40 million RUB (517,200 GBP). The wedding took place in Moscow, and even included a 10ft cake.
