State Troopers Surprise A Kid For His Birthday After His Whole Class Bailed

Toxey Andrew was unfortunately spending his birthday alone with his grandfather because his class didn't show up to the party. That's when his mother posted about it on Facebook and some local state troopers found out about it. They decided to stop by and they even brought their police K9 with them.
