Street Vendor In Singapore Receives Michelin Star

Chang Hong Myung has been cooking for 35 years and he's spent a lot of time serving people at his own business Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle. When he set out to become a chef his instructor told him that the greatest thing he could do is get in the Michelin guide and in July Michelin representatives finally got in touch with him thanks to his hard work.
