Victor Hugo Peralta (Uruguay) and his wife Gabriela Peralta (Argentina) hold the Guinness Book Record for the most body modifications for a married couple. 77 modifications consist of 50 piercings, four microdermals, 11 body implants, five dental implants, four ear expanders, two ear bolts and one forked tongue.
