This Brand New University Looks A Lot Like A Toilet

There's a new building in Heinan, China, at the North China University of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, that's getting attention for all the wrong reasons. The new building is supposed to look prestigious, but people can't stop pointing out the fact that it looks like a toilet.
