Berlin’s Konzerthaus Covered With 14,000 Refugee Life Jackets

Chinese artist and activist Ai Weiwei recently covered Berlin's Konzerthaus with 14,000 life jackets. He's been very critical of the European response to how they've been handling the refugee crisis. Every life jacket is meant to represent a life in need of help.
