Drivers Are Using Terrifying Decals To Fight Against High-Beam Users

Everybody knows what it's like to drive in front of someone who insists on using their high beams, and it's not fun. Chinese drivers are now fighting back by putting terrifying decals on their back windows that can only be seen clearly when they're lit up.
