Hangzhou Turned Into A Ghost Town For The G20 Summit

The Chinese city of Hangzhou turned into a ghost town for the G20 summit after most of the population was convinced to leave the city to ensure a peaceful summit. The city is normally home to to 6 million people, but many of them took advantage of a travel voucher that was given to them by the Chinese government.
