Help, My Samsung Can't Connect to a WiFi Network

One guy brought this Samsung Galaxy S3 to a Samsung service centre. It couldn't connect to a wi-fi network and there were other issues. Service centre workers told the guy that they couldn't help him and asked him to take a closer look at the phone. It was not a real Samsung.
